Subscribe to the Team Plan

Start with a Dance Vision Syllabus Team Plan, then add the Student Medal Testing add-on to unlock leaderboard eligibility. Once the add-on is active, every Student Medal Test your students complete automatically counts toward your ranking.

What is the DVIDA Leaderboard?

The DVIDA Leaderboard is a real-time ranking system with two separate tracks — one for individual teachers, one for teams. Teachers rank by completing teacher certification tests; teams rank by how many student medal tests their students complete. Rankings update live and reset every January 1.

How do I earn points on the leaderboard?

Teacher Leaderboard — each student medal test you help a student earn earns you 1 point.
Team Leaderboard — each student medal test your team helps a student earn earns your team 1 point — requires the Student Medal Testing add-on.

When are cash prizes awarded?

At the end of each calendar year (December 31). DVIDA headquarters contacts winners directly and mails the check. Prizes are awarded separately to top 3 teachers and top 3 teams — $2,000 + trophy for 1st, $1,200 for 2nd, $800 for 3rd.

What happens in a tie?

Tied entries share the same prize tier — e.g., two teams with equal points at 2nd place split the $1,200 and each receive $600.
